Pichilemu
Pichilemu is a coastal city in Chile’s O’Higgins Region, well known for its beaches, waves, and laid-back atmosphere. It’s considered the country’s surf capital, drawing local and international surfers year-round—especially to Punta de Lobos, a world-class surf spot with dramatic cliffs and powerful waves.
The town blends nature with culture. Its coastline features dark-sand beaches, rocky shores, and dunes, while the town center preserves historic buildings like Ross Park and the old casino, now a cultural center. A seafood-focused culinary scene and a relaxed, bohemian vibe make it attractive for both relaxation and outdoor activities.
Pichilemu also offers biking, horseback riding, local crafts markets, and water sports, all in a setting that preserves its traditional character and deep connection with the ocean.
