Salar de Surire

The Salar de Surire is a stunning salt flat located in the Las Vicuñas National Reserve, in the Arica and Parinacota region, at over 4,200 meters above sea level. It is known for its dazzling white landscape, interior lagoons, and rich high-Andean biodiversity. It is home to flamingos, vicuñas, rheas, and other Andean species. The area also features natural hot springs such as Polloquere, perfect for relaxing in a one-of-a-kind setting.
