Huerquehue
Huerquehue National Park, located in the Araucanía Region, is one of the most beautiful destinations in Chile’s southern Andes. It features glacial lakes, mountain trails, waterfalls, and ancient monkey puzzle (araucaria) forests.
The most popular route is the Los Lagos trail, leading to viewpoints and lakes such as Verde, Toro, and Chico, with stunning views of Villarrica Volcano. The park is perfect for hiking, birdwatching, and immersing in nature. Its main entrance is just 35 km from Pucón.
